Order processing

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed starting the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Pre-order items ship on the date listed on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order item, we'll ship it once everything is ready unless the product page says otherwise.

We ship with UPS Ground, USPS, FedEx Ground and DHL to all 50 US states, to residential, commercial and PO box addresses, and to military (APO/FPO) addresses for everything except spray cologne. PO box and APO/FPO orders ship with USPS. Standard shipping arrives in 2 to 7 business days from the ship date (3 to 9 business days from your order date), and every order includes free tracking by email.

Spray cologne

Our spray colognes contain alcohol-based fragrance, which is classified as a hazardous material (DOT Class 3 flammable liquid). That means:

  • Ground shipping only. 1 to 2 day, expedited and air shipping aren't available for orders that include spray cologne.
  • US and Canada only. Spray cologne can't ship to any other country.
  • No APO/FPO addresses. Military mail travels by air, so spray cologne can't be sent to APO/FPO addresses. Everything else can.
  • Expect 2 to 7 business days for delivery from the ship date (3 to 9 business days from your order date).

Every spray cologne order, including shipments to Canada, is double-boxed with absorbent material to prevent leaks and complies with DOT, USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL hazmat standards. Soap, deodorant, solid cologne and body butter aren't affected and ship normally.

Canada and international

Canada. All products, including spray cologne, ship to Canada by ground. Shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout in Canadian dollars, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Expect 2 to 7 business days from the ship date (3 to 9 business days from your order date). Free shipping on orders over $75 applies to US orders only.

International. All products except spray cologne ship to every country worldwide. Shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout in your local currency. International orders typically arrive 3 to 7 business days from the ship date. Spray cologne isn't available for international shipping. If you have questions about whether we can ship to your country, contact us before ordering.

Customs, duties and import taxes. For Canadian and international orders, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and paid on your behalf, so your package clears customs without any charge at the door. Duties and taxes aren't refundable, even if the order is returned. If a package is rejected at customs because of local restrictions, we'll refund the order minus shipping once it's back with us.

We ship to PO boxes in the US and Canada, and to APO/FPO addresses for everything except spray cologne. We don't ship to PO boxes or military addresses outside the US and Canada.

Tracking and delivery issues

Every order gets a tracking number, emailed to the address you used at checkout, within 24 hours of shipping. You can follow your package in real time through the carrier link in that email. If tracking shows no update for 5 or more business days, contact us right away and we'll investigate within 1 business day.

Lost packages. Report a lost package within 10 business days of its expected delivery date, including when tracking says delivered but you don't have it. We'll file a claim with the carrier. Carrier claims typically take 30 to 60 days to resolve, and once resolved we'll either reship your order at no charge or issue a refund.

Damaged packages. Report damage within 3 business days of delivery. Photos of the damage are required for the carrier claim. We'll reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund, your choice.

Undeliverable addresses. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reach out to confirm the right one. Reshipping costs a flat $5. If you'd rather not reship, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost. Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Order changes and cancellations

You can change your shipping address or email, or cancel your order for a full refund, within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours your order is in the fulfillment queue and can't be modified or cancelled. Once an order ships, returns are governed by our Return Policy.

Holidays

We observe the following holidays, and shipping may be delayed around them:

  • Thanksgiving week: processing resumes the following Monday
  • December 23 to January 2: year-end closure, processing resumes January 3
  • Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day: normal processing, but carriers may run behind
